We are pleased to tell you that we will begin reopening our counters in select stores from Monday 15th June. As per government guidelines you will notice a few differences that have been put in place to ensure your wellbeing, protect our colleagues and customers, whilst continuing to give you the service you love.

We have produced 400k litres of hand sanitisers when you arrive on counter.

Deep cleaning before store opening and following every customer conversation.

Online Deliveries and refunds
We are now back to our standard shipping
of 2-4 days and Next Day Delivery.
We are working with staff to ensure that social distancing and cleaning protocols are followed with strict site rules to protect everyone in our warehouse.
Our deliveries are managed through DPD who are also following the latest government guidance to keep everyone safe and well.
We have extended our returns period to 60 days and will keep this under review as events continue to unfold.
